This is a 32 cavity cold runner 2 plate Submarine gate injection mold, showing the cross section view of the plates.Material used for manufacture of these plates are P20 Steel.
The Mould Inserts are made out of Orvar Supreme from ASSAB (H13). The steel are Vacuum heat treated for superior wear resistance, excelent polish ability and durability.
EN 353 material are used for the Pillar and bush and are case hardened to 58 HRC
We were able to achieve 5 shots cycle time per minute.
Bubbler cooling on the core side and cavity side is given to the mould.
This product was developed for tonic measuring application . Material used for moulding is PP (Polypropylene)
