This is a 4 cavity cold runner 3 plate injection mold, showing the exploded view of the plates.
Material used for manufacture of the plates are C45 Steel.
Pillar and bush are case hardened to 58 HRC and material used is EN353
The Ejection of component is with 2 ejection system. First the core along with the component moves out, and stops. The sleeve ejects the component from the core.
The top ejection system is connected with a push back pin and is used to move the plates back at the time of mold closing.
We were able to achieve 4 shots per minute cycle time.
The Mould Inserts are made out of Hardened Steel (H13). The steel are Vacuum heat treated for superior wear resistance, excel ant polish ability and durability.
CNC wire cut and CNC spark were the special machines used to manufacture these inserts
Other conventional machines used were high precision Surface grinding, Vertical head Milling machine & Polishing machines.

This product was developed for 100 gms Talc. Material used for moulding is PP (Polypropylene)
